Registration fees are given per person and include the following services

standard fee and PNF Member fee:

  • admission to all conference sessions
  • admission to exhibition area
  • 1 abstract submission per person *
  • welcome reception
  • lunches
  • coffee breaks
  • Gala Dinner on 10th April
  • Farewell Dinner on 11th April
  • conference materials

Note:
– One participant is allowed to submit one paper. Submission of additional papers will be charged 500 PLN + VAT for each item.

student fee:

Credit cards Mastercard & Visa are welcome. On-line payment will be available during the registration process.

Please Note:

  • Please settle all the payments in PLN without any charges to the beneficiary.
  • All payments should have the remark „ENC 2019 + participant’s name(s)”
  • The invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress & Conference Management (Conference Secretariat).

Confirmation of Your registration and all payments will be sent by e-mail.

Changes to registration

Changes to your original registration details will be accepted before 28th February, 2019 and should be sent in writing to the Registration Team to: contact@enc2019.eu

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Conference Secretariat to: contact@enc2019.eu
  • The registration fee is refundable less cancellation fee of 100 € if received not later than 31st January 2019
  • Any cancellation of registration should be sent in writing.
  • Cancellations received after 31st January 2019 will not be refunded
  • Any refunds (if applicable) will be made after the conference
  • Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference
